Performance of Work: The Idaho State University – Treasure Valley Anatomy and Physiology Laboratories Project Consisted of Several Seperate Elements
Anatomy and Physiology Laboratories – Meridian Health Science Center: This project was performed for the Idaho Department of Public Works on behalf of Idaho State University, to include the construction of tenant improvements to a previously unoccupied portion of the existing Meridian Health Science Center on the ISU Meridian Campus, to accommodate the Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory Expansion.
The work consisted of the following elements; major demolition of existing elements, cast in place concrete, construction of offices, control rooms, class rooms, bio-skills labs, walk-in cadaver storage cold room unit, a verity of selected finishes, to include liquid applied flooring, laboratory phenolic case work with stainless steel surfaces, laboratory equipment and special mechanical system, electrical system and fire sprinkler system.
. The project also consisted of the installation of a backup power generation system. Also constructed was a elevator shaft for a future elevator to be installed. Total area of tenant improvements 22,900 sf.
